How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Since we ship our products from different warehouses, they also have individual delivery times. Most products arrive within 4-6 days of order confirmation.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed immediately after purchase. Since we have to make extra production for some products, most orders are dispatched within 2-4 days.
You will then receive the shipping confirmation.
Please also bear in mind that at times such as Christmas, the post office and of course we have a much higher shipping volume than at other times of the year. At such times, delays generally occur much more frequently, for which we would like to apologize in advance.
Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a tracking link.
The sending status of my shipment is no longer updating, what could that mean...
It may happen that the shipment status of a shipment is not updated for a few days.
If your shipment status has not changed for more than 4 days, please let us know by email at contact@funnycookware.com . We will then contact the shipping service provider and initiate further steps to locate your shipment.
My product has already been delivered according to the tracking, but only one arrived. Why?
Unfortunately, this is very annoying and we would like to apologize to you very much!
We have found that some postmen forget to leave a "collection card" with the customers.
In most cases, the shipment is at your local post office or it has been left with a neighbor.
The best thing to do is to simply ring your neighbors' doorbell or call your local post office. If you can't find your order, please send an email to contact@funnycookware.com and we'll see what we can do for you!
I ordered several products, but only one arrived, why?
To meet the high demand, we store our products in multiple warehouses. Therefore, products are always packed and shipped individually, so you don't have to worry if you don't get your products at the same time.
Why can't I find a particular article anymore?
In our online shop you will only find items that we have in stock for you. It can happen that particularly popular items, color variants or sizes are sold out after a short time. Take a look around - you are sure to find a first-class replacement in our range.
What payment options are there?
We offer payments via Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, credit card, American Express, MasterCard, and also via online banking (SOFORT).
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value in our online shop! We are grateful for every order from you.
EXCHANGE / RETURN
How can I return the item I ordered?
You can submit a return request within 14 days of the arrival of your order.
Please send us an email or follow the cancellation policy.
I don't like the product, is an exchange possible?
Of course! Please return the item in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the case of an exchange, please enclose a note stating that it is an exchange, along with your order number and the desired variant.
